| Between
2002 & 2004 we just worked on a bunch of random repairs and small
changes including the middle room ceiling, more insulation, siding
resealing, deck resealing, and all the fun general repairs as needed to
keep the bar rolling along. Real
exciting stuff |

The cooler we bought |

Ready for concrete |
2005
brought on a new project a walk in cooler. Our current walk in
cooler was completely shot, the walls were rotted out and it was to
small. We bought a walk in cooler from a local store that was
closed, added a new addition onto the bar, installed the cooler, cut holes
in the wall to allow us to remove the stand up glass coolers. We
also installed a new back bar and sidewalks to allow our distributors to
easily roll the beer in from the outside without going through the
bar. In 2006 we will complete the cooler by adding a chilled beer
tap line system, finishing the back bar wall and removing the rest of our
old systems. The changes allowed us to go from 5 compressors to 1
and will eliminate the shuffling of beer kegs. |
